Cosmetology | 1,200 Hours

Program Objective -

When students complete the 1,200 hours of the program, they will have the preparation to take the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR). They will gain the skills and abilities necessary to work in the field of cosmetology.

Program Description -

The program includes understanding theory and obtaining experience through practice in the many hands-on activities. The program involves crucial topics that include studying the hair, the skin, the nails, and the essential products and equipment used in this profession.

Program Cost -

Tuition $12,550.00; registration fee $100.00; books and materials $1,200.00; uniforms $50.00. Total is $13,900.00.

Graduation Requirements -

After the student completes 1,200 hours of training, the outlined services, all exams, and meets all financial obligations, a Diploma will be awarded by the school.

Completion Time -

Completion time is dependent on the number of hours a student attends the program weekly and the unique schedule the student chose to enroll under. Normally, students complete this program between 10 to 15 months.

Program Requirements -

The license is processed by the Florida state board of cosmetology, provided that the (board) examination is passed with a 75% or higher. To be eligible to take to the exam, the student must fulfill all attendance requirements from the institution, provide an HIV/AIDS certificate of completion with the application ($25.00), and send a $63.50 money order, payable to the DBPR.

Full Specialist Technician | 600 Hours

Program Objective -

When students complete the 600 hours of the Full Specialist Technician with satisfaction, they will be prepared and well-equipped to apply professional techniques in facial, skincare, and nails (both manicure and pedicure). Once the program is completed, the student will be eligible to obtain their specialty registration license.

Program Description -

The course study includes understanding theory and obtaining experience through practical, hands-on activities. It involves crucial topics ranging from skincare, facial treatments, nail care, and more. Each topic is essential to know in this profession.

Program Cost -

Tuition $7,600.00; registration fee $100.00; books and materials $1,150.00; uniforms $ 50.00. Total is $8,900.00.

The student must complete 600 hours of training with a minimum average of 75%.

Licensure Requirements -

The license/specialty registration is processed by the Florida State BOARD of Cosmetology, provided that the final examination is passed with a 70% or higher. To be eligible to take the final exam, the student must fulfill all attendance requirements from the institution, provide an HIV/AIDS certificate of completion with the application ($25.00), and send a $63.50 money order, payable to the DBPR.

Nail Specialist Technician | 240 Hours

Program Objective -

When students complete the 240 hours of the Nail Specialist Technician with satisfaction, they will be prepared and well equipped to provide manicures and pedicures and the many diverse nail techniques in nail care. Once the program is completed, the student will be eligible to obtain their specialty registration license.

Program Description -

The course study includes understanding theory and obtaining experience through practice in the many hands-on activities. It involves essential topics for nail care (both manicures and pedicures) and how to use crucial products and equipment in the profession.

Program Cost -

Tuition $1,900.00; registration fee $100.00; books and materials $800.00; uniforms $50.00. Total is $2,850.00.

Graduation Requirements -

The student must complete 240 hours of training with a minimum average of 75%.

Facial Specialist Technician | 260 Hours

Program Objective -

When students complete the 260 hours of the Facial Specialist Technician with satisfaction, they will be prepared and well-equipped to identify and analyze the different alterations of the skin treated by a Facial Specialist and put in practice treatments for their improvement or eradication. Once the program is complete, the student will be eligible to obtain their specialty registration license.

The course study includes understanding theory and obtaining experience through practice in the many hands-on activities. These include crucial topics such as the study of skincare and facial treatments. We also teach new methods for improvement and conservation and the essential products and equipment often used in this profession.

Program Cost -

Tuition $2,350.00; registration fee $100.00; books and materials $900.00; uniforms $50.00. Total is $3,400.00.

Graduation Requirements & Completion Time -

After the student completes 260 hours of training, services, and exams and meets all financial obligations, a Diploma will be awarded by the school.

When students complete the 150 hours of the Makeup Technician with satisfaction, they will be prepared and well-equipped to apply professional techniques in facial makeup as well as able to apply artistic makeup following the established regulations.

Program Description -

The course study includes understanding theory and obtaining experience through practical, hands-on activities. It involves crucial topics including the correct use of materials and teams.

Program Cost -

Tuition $1,150.00; registration fee $100.00 ; books and supplies $400.00; uniforms $ 50.00. Total is $1,700.00.

The student must complete 150 hours of training with a minimum average of 70%.
